Registration Options

ONLINE ENTRIES

Registering Online is the preferred method of entering our events.  It helps us plan the Fun Run Ferry and the buses to get you to start lines – which makes for a smooth and hassle-free ride to get you there!  You will receive an e-confirmation with essential details about race packet pick up arrangements, and a reminder about transport options.

This year entry fees are kept at last year’s rate for Early Birds who enter by 30 November 2014.  Late Entry fees will be charged from 12 to 17 January for those who leave it to the last minute!  For the 7 weeks between 1 December and 11 January, standard entry fees apply.  Don’t forget to purchase your Ferry ticket as you register if you plan to travel on race day.

Not sure if you’ll enter online or ahead of time, but you want to know the other options available?  Check out these details.Late fee of $10 applies after midnight on Sunday 11th January 2015 for all events, EXCEPT the Kid’s Dash and the Family Bear Hunt.

Enter at BNZ Waiheke after the Christmas break:

If you are a local, complete an Entry Form at BNZ Waiheke Island and transact payment over the counter between  Friday 2nd to Thursday 15th January, 2015.

Enter at Matiatia on Friday 16 January:

Race packet pick up is between 2:00PM – 6:30PM inside the Matiatia ferry terminal.  Entry forms and payment can be completed there.

On the day

Late fee of $10 applies after midnight on Sunday 11th January 2015.

13K & 25K : There will be no facilities to accept late entries at the Orapiu start line on race day.  Late Entries will be accepted at Downtown Ferry Terminal between 5:45AM – 6:15AM. Absolutely last possible chance to sign up will be on board the Fun Run Ferry from Matiatia to Orapiu (departs at 7:15AM sharp) – and you’ll need to pay in cash.

5K & 12K: Late entries will be accepted at start lines up to 30 minutes before start times:

* by 8:45am for 12k at Onetangi Start Line (at 4th Avenue Eatery & Bar)

* by 9:45am for 5k at Surfdale beach start line (by park)

Kids Dash: Entries will be accepted up to 15 minutes before the start of the race (11:00AM) at the Fun Fair Playground area at Matiatia. There is no late entry fee.

Family Bear Hunt: Entries will be accepted up to 20 minutes before the start of the race (11:00AM) at the Fun Fair Playground area at Matiatia. There is no late entry fee.

When completed take it to race packet pick up at Matiatia or to the Start line with cash or EFTPOS to pay your entry fee and receive a bib number.

EVENT CHANGES:

Requests made prior to Race Day to change events or distances will incur a $20 administration fee, payable at the time of request.  No event changes will be accepted on race day, no exceptions.

REFUNDS:  Refunds will be made up until 10th January 2015, but will incur a $20 administration fee. No refunds will be made after 10th January, no exceptions.

CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY

Entries with email address: you will receive an email with a link to your confirmation details. PLEASE NOTE: A copy of your e-confirmation will be required to pick up your Race Pack with Race Bib and Ferry Tickets. If you do not receive an e-confirmation before Thursday 15th January,  first check your SPAM box, then contact us at wharf2wharf@gmail.com.

Entries with no email address: You will receive your confirmation details by postal service, so long as your entry is received no later than Saturday 10th January.
