HOW TO ENTER
Online entries will be accepted up until midnight on Wednesday 18 January, 2017. Enter online and pay by credit card, online banking or bank deposit to our BNZ bank account 02 0108 0161500 000.
Late entries will be accepted at Matiatia Wharf on Friday 20th, between 2:15PM and 6:30PM for ALL events. This will be the last opportunity to enter the 25K event due to heavy demand and the capacity of the Fun Run Ferry.
Late entries will be possible on Saturday morning for the 12K (from 8:15am) and the 5K (from 9:15am) at their start lines.
Kids Dash and Treasure Hunt registrations will open at 10:00am at Matiatia field.

If joining the Fun Run ferry at Matiatia on race day to get to the Orapiu start line you will be able to purchase your $10 ticket at race packet pick up on Friday, or before boarding the boat on Saturday morning – but make sure to bring cash as no EFTPOS will be available.
CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY
Upon completion of your online entry and payment, you will receive an automatically generated email with a link to your confirmation details. A copy of your e-confirmation will be required to pick up your Race Pack. If you cannot find a copy do not panic! We will have an alphabetical list at race packet pick up points.
CHANGES TO DISTANCE OR EVENT
Requests made prior to Race Day to change events or distances will incur a $20 administration fee, payable at the time of request.
No event changes will be accepted on race day, no exceptions.
Refunds will be made up until 13th January 2017, but will incur a $20 administration fee.
No refunds will be made after 13th January, no exceptions.
