To transact a Bank Transfer our account number is  02-0108-0161500-000 (BNZ).  Be sure to include your name in the reference.

Download Entry Form:

Download a form and post it with a cheque  (or enclose receipt of Bank Transfer using your name as reference) before Monday 7th January

Enter at BNZ Waiheke:

If you are a local, take your Entry Form to BNZ Waiheke Island and transact payment over the counter by Thursday 10th January.

LATE ENTRIES:

Late fee of $10 applies after midnight on Saturday 5th January 2013.

There will be no facilities to accept late entries at the Orapiu start line (25k & 13k) on race day or on the Fun Run Ferry from Matiatia to Orapiu.  

Late entries will be accepted at 7K & 12K start lines up to 30 minutes before start times:

• by 9:00am for 12k at Onetangi Start Line
• by 10:00am for 7k at Kennedy Point Start Line

EVENT CHANGES:

Requests made prior to Race Day to change events or distances will incur a $10 administration fee, payable at the time of request.

No event changes will be accepted on race day, no exceptions.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be made up until 5th January 2013, but will incur a $10 administration fee.

No refunds will be made after 10th January, no exceptions.

CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY

Entries with no email address: You will receive your confirmation details by postal service, so long as your entry is received no later than Monday 7th January.

Entries with email address: you will receive an email with a link to your confirmation details.

PLEASE NOTE: A copy of your e-confirmation will be required to pick up your Race Pack with Race Bib and Ferry Tickets.
